Enrolment Procedure

Toronto Adventist School is a coeducational school providing quality education in a caring Christian environment. Our school welcomes students and families from all faith and non-faith backgrounds.

All students at Toronto Adventist School are expected to respect each other, God’s word and His creation, and support the ethos and values of the School.

The enrolment process for Toronto Adventist School involves the following steps: 

Step 1 
Obtain an Application Form from our Administration Office or download a form from our website.

Step 2
Submit the Application Form and other required documents to Toronto Adventist School, along with the $150 Application Fee. The application form will be acknowledged and the application fee receipted.

The following documents are required when submitting an application: 

  • Completed application form
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of immunisation certificate
  • Copies of previous school reports (where applicable)
  • Copy of most recent NAPLAN results (where applicable)
  • Copies of any specialist reports relating to learning needs (where applicable)
  • Copies of legal documents relating to special family arrangements, eg court orders, AVOs (where applicable)


Step 3

We will contact you to arrange an interview with the Principal. Assessment may be conducted during this time. After your interview, your application will be reviewed and you will be informed of the outcome.

Students entering Pre-Kindy must turn 4 years of age by 30 April for the year they are enrolling.

Students entering Kindy must turn 5 years of age by 30 April for the year they are enrolling.

Primary School Fees – 2022

Application Fee
A non-refundable Application Fee of $150 will need to be paid for each child at the time of lodging an application.

Tuition Fee

Kindy – $4100 per year
Year 1 – $4100 per year
Year 2 – $4100 per year
Year 3 – $4150 per year 

Year 4 – $4150 per year
Year 5 – $4200 per year
Year 6 – $4200 per year 

What is included in the tuition fee? K-2 3-4 5-6

24 hour accident insurance
Sport and transport fees
Assessment fees

Consumables Fee
A non-refundable $100 per year is charged to cover the cost of stationery, text books, exercise books, photocopying and access to technology and education software.

Bus Fee
There is a non-refundable $212.50 per term bus fee for those who use our private bus service.

Family Discounts – K-6
We are pleased to offer discounts on the tuition fee for families enrolling more than one child at our school

Family Savings

  • First Child – full fee
  • Second Child – 30% off second child’s tuition fees
  • Third Child – 40% off third child’s tuition fees
  • Fourth and subsequent children – tuition fees are FREE

The second and subsequent child discounts are available for primary school students only.

Prompt Payment Discounts
Tuition fees paid upfront at the beginning of the year attract an 8% discount.
Tuition fees paid upfront at the beginning of each term attract a 4% discount.

Subsidies
The School provides subsidies on tuition fees for students in the following categories.

Seventh-day Adventist Church Employees’ Subsidies
Employees of some Seventh-day Adventist Church based companies may be eligible to receive subsidies from their employer.

Avondale University Students Subsidies
Students who are enrolled in a full-time degree course at Avondale University may be eligible to receive a discount on their child’s tuition fees. Applications are made to the Business Manager. Note: Successful applicants shall not be eligible for any other discount.

Pre-Kindy Fees – 2022 

Application Fee
A non-refundable Application Fee of $150 will need to be paid for each child at the time of lodging an application.

Tuition Fee
The tuition fee for Pre-Kindy is $55 per day (includes 24 hour accident insurance).
